Vertigo Motors is proud to present the new, Limited Edition, 2021 Vertigo-Jaime Busto Replica. Available in 250, 280 and 300cc this completely new Replica model has been created to celebrate the great achievements of the Spanish talent throughout the 2020 season. With a total of four podiums and an impressive third place in the overall standings, this is by far, the best results for Vertigo in the premier class since the green brand entered the World Championship.

In order to compete at the very highest level and achieve great results Jaime is very demanding on the level of performance his bike must give him. Jaime’s bikes are therefore set up and fine tuned to give him an extremely powerful, responsive and precision handling bike in order that he can extract the, maximum out of his machine every time he rides.

Jaime has spent endless hours working very closely together with both his race mechanics and our engineers at the Factory, intensively testing and refining the bike throughout the year. This has enabled us to build the most powerful, responsive and agile Vertigo to date.

This bike is a true race replica in every sense as all of Jaime’s own personal preferences in terms of suspension geometry, power delivery and map settings have been incorporated into this new model.

As well as all of these personal settings the bike is loaded with a wealth of high-end racing components.  The new black with gold details Tech Factory spec forks in combination with the multi adjustable 3 way Reiger rear shock provide extremely smooth and responsive feedback to the rider whilst also allowing any rider to further fine tune their suspension set up depending on their individual riding style.

The stainless steel exhaust is engraved with Jaime’s personal logo and the silencer has a striking matt black finish which help set it aside from all other models in the Vertigo range.

The airbox is again the new design carried over from the R2 and 21 Works models which helps to greatly increase engine performance at higher revs. It is also much more rigid and slimmer than previous models giving the bike a leaner and more aggressive look. The two position mapping switch incorporated into the airbox allows the rider to easily and instantly switch between Jaime’s two most versatile personal maps.

A new high compression cylinder head together with a carbonfiber admission tube, which does not flex and thus helps increase engine performance and which is also unique to this model, along with the Vertigo intercooler, all help to contribute to the extremely high performance of this model.

The Renthal bars, anodised in black on this model, have always been Jaime’s own personal choice of handle bar. These Renthal bars are clamped into the all new billet machined, ultra lightweight triple clamps which themselves are also finished in anodised black and are again unique to this new model.

Vertigo’s signature multitubular design frame has a stunning fluo-red finish which contrasts nicely with the black anodised wheel rims, and matching fluo-red wheel hubs the bike is fitted with Vertigo’s own design alloy footrests together with 0.5cm lowered footrest supports for increased stability.

Whilst the carbon-fibre engine case guards, as well as protecting vulnerable parts of the engine help to add to the factory look of this bike.

The new textured red, white, black and green graphics give a very youthful and aggressive look to the bike. Which is of course very fitting to Jaime’s personal character.

You will also find Jaime’s own signature prominently displayed on the new airbox cover. And to finish off and leave no one in doubt as to who’s replica bike this is, each Jaime Busto Replica bike will come with its own Limited Edition engraved metal plate and custom Busto work matt.

The Vertigo Factory will produce only 75 exclusive units for World Wide distribution.

Therefore this model is a true Limited Edition bike, and as close as you can get to a full factory bike, which only a few lucky people World Wide will have the chance of owning.

Last TrialGP of the 2020 season held in Italy over the weekend will be written in gold letters in the Vertigo record book as one of the most special ones of its history, as in the same weekend, the brand celebrated its first World Title thanks to Pau Martínez while placing Busto and Dignan inside the Championship Top 3 to score the best ever results for the Spanish manufacturer in the World Championship.
With the aim to keep his 3rd position in the Championship standings, Jaime Busto kicked off the Italian event with an outstanding 3rd place in the opening day. The Spaniard held a race-long battle for 2nd but in the end, a five on section 11, dropped him down to the third step of the box. On Sunday punctuations got closer and Busto had to settle for 7th, gaps between riders were so little that he was only 2 marks away from third. In the general standings he finishes 3rd in a phenomenal season that has witnessed the duo Vertigo-Busto confirm as one of the strongest teams in the paddock having proved their competitiveness in all kind of soils and weather conditions with a total of four podiums.

In Trial2 Hugo Dufrese posted his best result of the season on day 2 with a sensational 5th place. The rookie bounced back from a tough Saturday in which he struggled to show his true potential, but on Sunday he impressed with an amazing display of his unique technique, he fought against more experienced riders and was able to keep up with the pace throughout the entire trial to put a great end to the 2020 campaign and by the way, prove he has a bright future ahead.

Lorenzo Gandola, who was racing on home soil this weekend, ended his 2020 World Championship season on a high with a 7th place on Sunday and a 10th in the General Standings. The Italian has been amongst the Trial2 heavy hitters throughout the series and only some details in several races have prevented him from getting a podium this year.

The 2020 campaign has put Vertigo right to the spotlight of the Trial125 class. A total of three riders have recorded podium finishes throughout the calendar staring from Pau Martínez himself. The newly crowned World Champion has been dominant all year long with five victories, two second places and a 4th in Italy day 2. Ben Dignan completed this historic season for Vertigo with a 3rd place in the Championship, which he celebrated on the second step of the box on Sunday. The previous day he rounded out the Top 5. Pau Dinarés posted a 7th and 12th.
This has been the most successful season in the World Championship for Vertigo, representing a huge boost of motivation for the Spanish manufacturer in terms of continuing to work with its riders to fight for even more ambitious goals in the coming years.

Historic day for Vertigo at TrialGP Italy, where Pau Martínez was crowned today Trial125 World Champion by clinching his fifth victory of the season.

Despite knowing he had great options of wrapping-up the title today, Martínez didn’t let pressure get to him and already in the opening lap he was leading the trial with a considerable gap ahead of Canales. It was just another dominant day at the office for Martínez, who pushed even harder in the following laps to drop his marks and keep a solid lead. He ended up 4 points ahead of Canales to celebrate his first World Title on the top step of the box.

With Guiraud taking 4th place, the only one who still had options to fight for the title, Martínez was able to certify the first ever World Title for Vertigo with still one round to go. Jaime Busto completed a stunning day for the team with a sensational 3rd place in TrialGP.
